您了解潔淨服管理嗎？（一）
隨著製藥行業的發展，各種 GMP 相關法規的更新和建立，對藥品的品質要求越来越高，由此衍生的對藥品生產的各項管理都會逐步提高要求。眾所周知，人是潔淨區中最大的污染源，潔淨服作為控制人員污染的最後的防線，是控制潔淨室污染的重要内容。 潔淨服的管理離不開更衣程序的設計，潔淨服的選擇一定要结合自身的潔淨室設計和更衣通道佈局來確定，一般會把更衣通道分為 4 個功能區，緩衝區（脫鞋、洗手）、一更區（脫個人衣物、穿潔淨內衣）、二更區（穿潔淨服）、氣閘區（最後的檢查和消毒）。只要這 4 個功能區完備，更衣程序就能滿足潔淨服更衣的一般要求，退更可以直接反向進行，如果有特殊要求的需要根據實際情況進行設計。 結合歐盟無菌附錄 1 的要求，下面對潔淨服管理和更衣過程中容易產生爭議的幾個問題進行闡述： 問題一，關於 C 級以上區域必須脫掉所有個人衣物的問題，法規中的規定如下： 7.14 Cleanroom gowning should be performed in change rooms of an appropriate cleanliness grade to ensure gown cleanliness is maintained. Outdoor clothing including socks (other than personal under wear) should not be brought into changing rooms leading directly to grade B and C areas.
